1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with pk4444, accessing the pk4444 website at https://pk4444.win, or using any service, game, or betting market offered by pk4444, you accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered account holders, visitors who browse the platform without an account, and any person who accesses the pk4444 platform from anywhere in Bangladesh or from any other location.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pk4444. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless otherwise specified.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

To access the full functionality of pk4444, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals, you must register an account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on pk4444. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. • Account Verification: pk4444 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any stage of account operation. Verification typically involves submitting a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and, where required, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Currency: All pk4444 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Transactions are processed exclusively in BDT. No multi-currency conversion is applied.
• Non-Transferability: Your pk4444 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate closure of the account.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pk4444 account credentials, including your username and password. pk4444 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or application.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Enable any two-factor authentication or new-device verification features that pk4444 makes available to your account type.

Any activity that occurs within your account while you are logged in — or while your credentials are being used — is your responsibility. pk4444 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials, provided that pk4444's own systems were not at fault.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pk4444 support immediately via live chat from within your account or by email. pk4444 will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account pending the outcome of that investigation.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

pk4444 accepts deposits via a range of Bangladeshi payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) transfers, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing times are displayed within the deposit section of your account at the time of the transaction.

Deposits are credited to your pk4444 balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. pk4444 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your mobile money provider or bank may apply their own charges independently. pk4444 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment providers.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including payments made on behalf of another person — are strictly prohibited. pk4444 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a payment account held in the registered account holder's name.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever operationally possible. pk4444 aims to process withdrawal requests within 2–6 hours of approval during normal operating hours. Withdrawal requests may be subject to standard identity verification checks before processing is initiated.

The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed within the withdrawal section of your account. pk4444 reserves the right to request additional documentation — including proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal above a specified threshold. Withdrawals will not be processed to any payment account not registered in the account holder's name.

Any bonus funds in your account that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will not be included in the withdrawable balance until those requirements are satisfied. Please refer to Section 6 (Bonuses & Promotions) for full details of wagering conditions.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pk4444 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, where applicable) must be staked before a withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on pk4444 contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Live casino games, slots, and crash games may have different contribution percentages.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, within which the wagering requirement must be fulfilled. Bonuses and any associated winnings that remain in the account after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the terms of a specific promotion. Attempting to activate multiple bonuses concurrently may result in cancellation of one or more offers.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on pk4444 sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, Bangladesh Tigers, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other available sports — are subject to the general and sport-specific betting rules published on the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm your acceptance of those rules.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmation reference number. In the event of a technical error or network interruption that prevents confirmation, the bet is considered void and any funds deducted will be returned to your account balance.
• Odds Changes: Pre-match odds are indicative until confirmed at the time of bet placement. In-play odds are subject to rapid fluctuation. pk4444 is not responsible for any difference between an odds value displayed and the odds at which a bet is confirmed.

• Using pk4444 for money laundering, fraud, or any other activity that is unlawful under the laws of Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk4444 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude pk4444's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The pk4444 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pk4444 uses reasonable endeavours to ensure continuous availability of the platform, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

12. Amendments to These Terms

pk4444 reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason.
